With over 7 years of experience in the retail and event planning industries, I am a seasoned Brand Manager and Event Planner who is passionate about creating engaging and memorable experiences that bring value to both the business and the consumer. I have successfully launched and managed my own shop and brand, Anna's Touch Fairytale Spa, a luxurious spa that caters to mothers and daughters, offering a diverse range of services and experiences. At Anna's Touch Fairytale Spa, I developed and executed effective brand strategy, sales, and marketing campaigns, as well as planned and coordinated various promotional events, such as "Pampering Day" and "Mother's Day", which led to increased brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue.
