Joyce came to Toronto in 1998 with her family. Like most immigrants, working and raising kids were her primary jobs. For the first ten years, she lived in Toronto, from Downsview to North York to Scarborough, which provided her the opportunities to know the different communities in the city. When her family decided to settle down, they chose Ajax. Not only it was convenient for transportation and shopping, but also has a nice neighborhood. Since then, Joyce has earned her real estate license and started to promote the city and its properties to people who are interested to move in, as well as her Chinese community.
