Dr. Michael Farzam makes personalized house call visits to patients home or office, and is trained and equipped to diagnose and treat most acute and chronic medical problems. This is a great service for person's who would like the convenience of being cared for in the comfort of their own home, are either too busy, too sick, or don't have time to go to the doctor's offices for urgent care and primary care issues. I am a board certified physician serving the greater Los Angeles area, and perform all of the medical visits personally myself as part of the service. I am available 24/7 (including weekends), and I can generally be at the patient's home within a few hours for the exam based on their needs. This is a fully mobile clinic performing all office-based procedures in the home (i.e. rapid strep testing, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, injectables, vaccinations, lab testing, ultrasounds, x-rays, EKG, and much more). The services would include a complete history, complete physical exam, any needed prescriptions, lab draw and review of lab testing, and any needed referrals.
