Tom was tasked to transform Marie Claire into a prominent fashion and beauty brand. In doing this the magazine and website went through a complete redesign. Bringing in a roster of new photographers and a completely new fashion-focused direction was rewarded with revenue from luxury advertising rising 200%. Work also included the successful launch of Marie Claire’s e-commerce site Fabled.com.

Along with Editor Lucy Yeomans, Tom relaunched Harper’s Bazaar from a society magazine to a globally recognised fashion magazine and website. Along the way he worked with the world’s best photographers, contempory artists, stylists and beauty teams to shoot celebrity covers, fashion and beauty stories and portraits. The result was an iconic designed title where circulation tripled in his five years at the magazine.
