Conducted in vivo and ex vivo studies in mice and rats, including multi-organ necropsy and tissue isolation for primary cell culture and/or analysis by flow cytometry (high-parameter multicolor).Designed and cloned vectors for CRISPR/Cas9, siRNA and shRNA as well as protein overexpression and delivered by both electroporation and lipid-based transfection into mammalian cell lines.
