Specializing in TPM implementation and manufacturing management. I began my career at RICOH, a global Japanese company, as a member of the CVS team to start up RICOH's first toner factory in the USA. Within 15 years I became the head of the Imaging Material Business Group. I learned the Ricoh way of TPM In Japan and led the TPM promotion team in North America. Later I managed the Parts Manufacturing Center and implemented LEAN methodology. My final role was head of the planning division which included production planning, procurement, and logistics. After leaving Ricoh I began consulting with companies on TPM deployments and currently I am working with Mars Chocolate North America sites as Regional supply Excellence Leader which is the Mars way of TPM, guiding deploying and coaching site leadership team
