• Develop financial strategic planning, (Annual & Quarterly) plans, Budget forecasting & business requirements of equipment & staff for each (ongoing or upcoming) contracts with ARAMCO in (SAPD, NAPD, EWPD, NGPD, Etc...) • Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.• Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports, using computer.• Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.• Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.• Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.• Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data• Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.• Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.• Preparing all cost estimates, invoices & time sheets so it can be reflected on all PO’s & keep in tracking with concerned staff from the customers.• Handling & preparing monthly salaries, staff vacation & end of service.• Preparation of Balance sheet, P&L Statement & all related reports.• Manage teams across groups or departments in the execution of a project • Manage scheduling and communication between team members• Coordinate between equipment, crew, materials and resources if necessary.• Produce reports, updates and project documentation
