RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate, implement and conduct training and competency assessments for TRS personnel. Coordinate and comply with HSE and quality procedures and policies in accordance with the Safety, Environmental Management and quality assurance systems. Provide mentoring and training to new and existing employees. Assess TRS personnel knowledge and document in appropriate systems. Make systematic graded training arrangements based on each individual’s knowledge and background as required.ACHIEVEMENTS AND CHALLENGES: Training and assessment of personnel including classroom, workshop and site based training and mentoring. Assistance and support for company assessors in order to carry on effective competency process.  Constructing small models form different resources in order to describe theories and concepts in a simple way to different learning styles.  Schedule and organize long term training for new-starts which includes classroom and workshop training covering a wide variety of essential knowledge till company core materials.

Service, maintenance and operations of WFD rig systems.Rig surveys and installations of rig systems like mechanized tongs, power scopes, stab masters, bucking units, hyper control (PLC) systems.
