- Looking after 3 location - Stock management, Transfer plan, allocation to each location, internal transfer, suggesting for promotion plan to enhance the top line sale and maintain planed margin - Daily – Weekly and monthly sales analyses report in order to place best retail practice - Prepare and implement training for the whole team development - Recruits, supervise, motivate the store team in order to maximise sale by ensuring best customer service opportunity
