With over 18 years of experience in various technical domains, I am an IT Support Team Lead at SEHA - Ambulatory Healthcare Services, the largest healthcare network in the UAE. I hold the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification, which demonstrates my knowledge and understanding of the ITIL Framework and its best practices for IT service management.In my current role, I function well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, where I lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team of IT support specialists. I am responsible for overseeing the service operations, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the ITSM ticketing system, and resolving complex technical issues. I also collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement various aspects of systems and solutions. My goal is to provide reliable, secure, and innovative IT support services that enhance the performance and satisfaction of SEHA's employees.
