• Destination manager• Margin and profit maximization• Swap deal managementLCR (Least Cost Routing) Management Related:• Manage LCR (Least Cost Routing) guides and routes for wholesale, retail and calling card partitions for each switch• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Network Operations, Billing and Finance to troubleshoot and resolve any network outages, routing issues, pricing/cost issues.• Evaluate route performance of carriers and track utilization on trunk groups and routes to optimize the quality of traffic to end users• Maintain customer targets and use as input to the LCR strategy• Monitor fraud activity to track suspicious traffic volumes and hacked customer accountsProduct/Margin Analytics Related:• Generate revenue/margin reports for senior management to track customer performance• Deliver ongoing market intelligence and competitor assessments to ensure that current pricing and products are abreast within the telecom industry• Ensure customer margins are met on switched wholesale traffic by performing ongoing product performance analysis (margin analysis)Sales and Customer Support Related:• Work in collaboration with sales staff to assist with pre-sales forecasting and customer pricing requests to ensure network capacity and optimization.
