Professionally, I am a project manager who loves her work! Project management allows me not only to work as a key member of multiple teams, but also to provide assistance firsthand and by ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget through monitoring in the background. My work ethic is exemplary which hails from my high level of motivation, drive, and autonomy. I view my work as thrilling, especially when realizing job(s) well done, albeit at my hand or at the hands of my teammates, peers, managers, or co-workers. Managing projects is a welcomed challenge; it requires rigidity and flexibility at the same time. As a personnel manager, I always took pride in the successes of my team members. Little is more rewarding as a manager than being instrumental in supporting and encouraging my team members as they reach their day-to-day and professional goals.Personally, I like to consistently push my limits through goal setting. I find running and general exercise and workouts to be fun, challenging, and a means to keep my joyful disposition through movement. Cooking is listed as one of my interests as it is a means to honor my favorite teacher, my mother, a way to express myself, and yet another way to challenge myself.
