Research

During my work period I had the chance to learn and experience conventional applied and analytical techniques for microbial analysis of the samples from patients, food and environment. And during My thesis work in Linköping University I learnt some environmental tests and methods.The methods include following specific techniques: General laboratory tasks such as pipetting, working with PH meter, Buffer preparation, accurate recording the laboratory records and etc. Collecting the various kinds of specimen purification and preparation the specimens for bacterial culturing, microscopic diagnosis of the bacterial and parasite species. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) methods for viral and bacterial diagnoses (RT PCR- Nested PCR), viral and bacterial genome extraction, electrophoresis, storing the DNA and RNA specimens in lab environments and analyzing the PCR results. I am familiar with Gas chronograph and LGR device. I use these devices during gas sample analysis procedure as a part of my thesis project.
