In this role, I will be developing our internal project management capabilities with a focus on ensuring our client projects come in on time, on budget and are delivered as promised. In addition, I am currently managing a Global Information System (GIS) Electric Mapping project at PG&E, where we are building and implementing a robust training strategy for their in-house mapping team of roughly 180 employees. This multi-year effort aims to produce highly proficient mappers who can efficiently and effectively handle complex mapping jobs across multiple disciplines and business areas (e.g., Distribution, Transmission, Land Base, and Control Centers) through self-study assignments, mentoring, on the job activities, and practical assessments.
