Human Resources Intern
Current- Posting recruitment information on Linkedin/Ybox to attact potential candidates.- Screening, checking and updating candidate's application/ in HR databases.- Involving in whole process except offer step: working directly with HR Lead to clarify JD, posting job, screening CV, phone checking, arranging interview, following up.- Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring teams.- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees and preparing HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides.- Maintaining a well-organized applicant tracking system.- Taking responsibility of daily general administrative support in the office.- Tracking and ordering office equipment and supplies.- Managing relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord.- Peforming other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
