I have over 40 years of civil and vertical construction experience. I am a certified and experienced Program/ Project Manager who has successfully completed numerous and diverse construction endeavors often in logistically challenging locations. I have executive experience with all stakeholders. My background is as master carpenter with broad management experience in commercial buildings, multiple and single family dwellings and custom homes. I was raised in the business and have acquired extensive knowledge about construction practices and effectively work with subcontractors, personnel, clients and design team. I can estimate, manage bids, and manage multiple projects. I am certified, trained and seasoned in Quality Control, Safety, and Project Scheduling. I am a skilled user of numerous software applications including MS Office suite and Project and Oracle Primavera(P6). I completed Coursework and received my Advance Dioploma in Construction Management. I have recently returned to Heartwood Pacific, LLC having previously worked with HPL for 12 years. I had 3.5 years of valuable experience in Australia managing large commercial projects including high rise construction.
