• Develop pipeline of qualified candidates through referrals, cold calling, competitor companies, Internet resources, college recruiting, marketing, networking, social media and professional organizations.• Identify, interview and screen all levels of candidates to determine their qualifications, analyzing their responses, experience and knowledge in relation to our client's position requirements, while also considering their cultural fit for the client environment. • Candidate Preparation – Prepare resume, submit consultant to client, track information, prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate interview details. • Conduct post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with clients and candidates. • Negotiate hiring terms and compensation packages, extend offer and work collaboratively with HR to facilitate new hire process and ensure a smooth transition. • Effectively builds rapport with candidates and clients• Quickly evaluates and prioritize tasks in a high volume staffing environment• Effectively utilizes strong communication, interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills• Demonstrates the ability to work with challenging and demanding clients and adapt to changes• Identifies and resolves potential challenges and risks then engages in proper escalation procedureDrives results in a positive and professional manner in a deadline-oriented environment
