I had responsibility for the creation and successful implementation of the CRM and Analytics vision and strategy for the UK business. This included building and managing the team that supported and delivered the implementation of the strategy including campaign management, analytics and modelling, and effectiveness measurement and reporting. Key outputs included providing compelling and insightful customer marketing and communication analytics to inform successful contact strategies, ensuring appropriate communication media and customer channels are selected to maximise budget and return on investment, and managing and future proofing the development of effective campaign and communication management.
