For over 35 years, Howard Benjamin, owner of Hertford Securities and under the umbrella of Howard Property Group, has developed and managed a wide variety of property projects.Howard's interest in property started back in the late 1980’s working for the Property Trust PLC which involved residential and commercial development and investment. After this he successfully ran and owned an Estate Agency business for 17 years which he sold to Chestertons Global during 2007. This business specialised in residential sales, letting and property management in Southwest London. During this period, he was a joint investor in Kemblewood Homes whose principal activity was New Homes in the Cotswolds.During 2008 and 2009, Howard took advantage initially of the poor housing market, developing a residential portfolio with a 15 to 20 year growth plan in place. Additions to the portfolio included the purchase of flats in Capitol Square Epsom, and apartments in the New Cabot's Circus development in Bristol. Howard also expanded his southwest London Portfolio with properties., that are currently let, and some with the benefit of refurbishment or development potential - enhancing further value in the future. Hertford Securities are a well-established company with a wide range of properties currently under its management.
