Madison House is a NoMad Residential Mixed Use New Development, Over 800ft Tall and 400,000 Gross SF, with 199 Residential Units and 2 commercial spaces; With the team effort with Lead Developer JD Carlisle, Madison House is the Best Selling Condo Project during Covid Pandemic in Manhattan.- Perform Financial Analysis for Fosun's Real Estate Projects in the United States including but not limit to Sales Forecasting, Feasibility Study and Return Analysis- Complete various Financial Reporting such as BEA Reports, HFM Financial Reports, and various Forecasting, Budget, Tax Planning Reports to Fosun's Headquarter in Shanghai, China- Assist for Financials for the L28 (28 Liberty St); L28 is the headquarter of Fosun in America, the Office Building spanning over 2.17 Million rentable SF including Tenants of Attorney General Office, AIG Insurance Group, Alamo Draft House, Hello Fresh etc.

- Structure, lead, close, & maintain for more than $300M financing for new and existing development projects. Financing types include Land, Construction, Bridge, Mezz, and Crowdfunding. - Perform financial analysis for development projects, include sensitivity, location, rental/sales comp, cash flow scheduling, source and use, and project scheduling.- Maintain relationship with banks/financial institutions, involve in direct negotiation with terms and rates with lenders.- Coordinate with General Contractors, Architects, and Consultants for development projects; Lead standard Contracting procedure with the GC & Architect. - Procure and bind Insurance Policy, lead Tax Abatement (421A, ICAP, Affordable NY Program), Property Tax Certiorari, condo book application, H1B program, and coordinate legal team.- Coordinate with Condo Book Attorneys for Condo Units Closing. Assist Condo Buyers Bank Questionnaires, assist buyers successfully transact the Condo Purchase.- Lead Internal Property Management Team. Set up New Condos operation (Bylaws, Building Staffing, Building Daily Operation); Attend Condo Board Meetings, and perform daily management for the building until management shift from Sponsor to elected Board Members.
