When I was 10, I met a shark face-to-face while scuba diving. It was a moment of unexpected bravery and an early lesson in respect for nature's formidable creatures. This encounter set the tone for a life full of curiosity-driven pivots and daring changes. Throughout my undergraduate years, I hopped across three different majors, each shift reflecting a deepening understanding of the world and where I could make my mark.My path took an international turn when I joined the United Nations to advocate for climate change initiatives. Immersed in a global dialogue, I was passionate about making a difference. Yet, over time, I grew disenchanted with the entrenched agency issues characteristic of top-down organizational approaches. In pursuit of a more direct impact, I pivoted to technology—where the pace of innovation matched the urgency of my ambition.Now, I stand at the confluence of AI alignment research and entrepreneurship, bridging theoretical insights with practical action.
