Through Planned Organizational Design, grew from less than 20 employees to 260 by building out Sales, Marketing, Operations/Service, Merchandising, Technology, and BI teams. Launched award winning "Simplicity" All-Inclusive Pricing model to disrupt the market and shift business to Goldstar. The results were sustained double digit YOY Revenue growth and 20X EBITDA growth in my 10 years at Goldstar that positioned us as #16 on PPAI's Top 100 and #28 on ASI's Top 40 lists of Promotional Industry Suppliers.Owned P&L responsibilities, budgeting and forecasting of sales and product performance globally.Created a culture of continuous process improvement that leveraged technology for an exceptional customer experience. Astor Chocolate is a gourmet Chocolate Supplier in the Promotional Products Industry specializing in custom branded food gifts and promotional giveaways. My role as VP is to position Astor as a go to industry supplier in the food and gifting category and lead our team of sales, marketing, and service experts to profitable top and bottom line growth.

BIC Graphic USA is a writing instrument supplier and category leader in the promotional products industry. I held 5 positions with BIC over 15 years including Detail Sales Rep, Assistant Zone Manager, Zone Manager, National Accounts Manager and Regional Sales Manager. During my time with the company we experienced sales growth primarily in writing instruments from approx. 25mm to 150mm. As Regional Manager I was responsible for 32mm in sales and managed a sales staff of 7, performed hiring, training, evaluations, and maintained budgetary controls for the region.
