Built a brand for Goldstar as a Global Promotional Product Supplier centered around Simplicity, Sustainability and Reliability in top growth markets of US, Canada, Germany, France and UK. Expanded company product portfolio from a writing instrument specialist to a generalist in Stationery, Drinkware and Bags. Through Planned Organizational Design, grew from less than 20 employees to 260 by building out Sales, Marketing, Operations/Service, Merchandising, Technology, and BI teams. Launched award winning "Simplicity" All-Inclusive Pricing model to disrupt the market and shift business to Goldstar. The results were sustained double digit YOY Revenue growth and 20X EBITDA growth in my 10 years at Goldstar that positioned us as #16 on PPAI's Top 100 and #28 on ASI's Top 40 lists of Promotional Industry Suppliers.Owned P&L responsibilities, budgeting and forecasting of sales and product performance globally.Created a culture of continuous process improvement that leveraged technology for an exceptional customer experience. Supported key partnership building initiatives with distributor partners that fosters trust and revenue growth opportunities for both.
