Responsible for the ANO Trending Program. Developed and presented the ANO Quarterly Trend Report to Management and the SRC. Entergy Root Cause Subject Matter Expert. Developed and implemented the Root Cause Training Program. Provided Root Cause and Corrective Action Training to over 800 Entergy Personnel at ANO and other Entergy Nuclear Stations. Adviser to the Plant Managers for adequacy of Significant Event Root Cause Reports. Corrective Action Review Board (CARB) member. Team Leader of the Entergy Root Cause Working Group to develop, improve, and maintain the Entergy Root Cause Program Manual. Special Project Lead Engineer– Responsible for satisfactory completion of a Special Project to address an NRC Action Item concerning inadequate response of Industry Event Documents. A special team consisting of several discipline senior engineers were assigned to review and re-evaluate all Industry Event Documents (SOER, SER; NRC IEs, Bulletins, etc.). Ensure responses and additional corrective actions are adequate for compliance of the specified documents and corrective actions are assigned and satisfactorily completed. I was responsible for the Final Report to Management for submittal to NRC. Retired from Entergy Nuclear Operations, but continued to do contractor/consulting work at other Nuclear Facilities.
