In 2005, the growth of Diamond Consultants presented me with a new career opportunity. As a lawyer and litigator, my role was to counsel and advocate on behalf of my clients, so transitioning to a new role of managing an organization that also counsels and advocates on our clients’ behalf proved to be seamless. My expertise in the law has certainly not been put to rest, regularly advising on contractual agreements, as well as regulatory and legal issues for the firm and our clients. Over a decade of experience in the wealth advisory space, coupled with my background in business and law, well-positions me as a consultant to firms who are looking to accelerate their growth potential and maximize their enterprise value.Frequently quoted in the financial press on recruiting trends and issues, including The Wall Street Journal, OnWallStreet, RIAbiz, I also write for a number of financial publications and our firm’s own blog for financial advisors. I’ve authored guidebooks on recruiting and onboarding, as well as several white papers on issues related to managing and growing advisory firms. If you attend financial industry events, you’ll often find me there as a contributor or speaker on topics involving recruiting and organizational growth.I graduated from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University with a Juris Doctor degree. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf and traveling with my family.
