Built and leveraged relationships with Global key opinion leaders at both Novartis and Pharmaxis to successfully lead two drugs to approval with major regulatory and pricing authorities, developing creative and innovative solutions within regulated frameworks. Xolair - Prix Gallen winner UK 2007, Bronchitol - Prix Gallen UK nominated 2014. Within Australia I completed a 2 year temporary maternity leave contract with Pfizer, including acting medical lead (Associate Medical Director) for the Immunology team, maintaining already established Rheumatologist KOL relationships, as well as identifying and establishing new relationships with Gastroenterologists. My roles as Global Medical Director for Xolair and CMO at Pharmaxis have included significant contributions to strategy, working closely with marketing and sales colleagues, providing regulatory support, trial design supervision, Target Product Profile and Clinical Development planning, plus management of a multinational team. I was the medical lead for both products for the Phase IV strategy and launches Globally. I have published extensively, and supported production of commercial, health economic, pharmaco-vigilance and regulatory materials. I have presented internally and externally at high levels including to US, Japanese and EU member states, as well as scientific congresses. I most enjoy the medico-marketing interface, where I am seen as commercially minded by my marketing peers. Show less
