With a BASc in Mechanical Engineering and electrical construction expertise, I provide specialized technical assistance and direction to the maintenance team. I have successfully completed projects installing equipment ranging from mechanical to electrical, delivering solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and safety for our clients.In addition to my engineering role, I am also a real estate investor, prior contractor for my own properties, with a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Since 2017, I have been involved in several deals, ranging from single-family homes to rental property. I use my problem-solving skills and market knowledge to identify profitable opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage properties. My goal is to create value for myself and others through innovation, collaboration, and excellence.On the personal side of my life, I am a father of five, and husband. Above all, I am a man of Christ that seek to make his tomorrows better than todays.
