    ∙ Served as Area General Manager of World Class 4+ Diamond Hotels and Resorts, guided over $100 million in revenue and supported 600+ team members and four signature properties: Woodmark Hotel, Suncadia Resort, Motif Seattle, and Hotel DeAnza.∙ Awarded General Manager of the Year in January 2016 among 100 Destination Hotels and Resorts.∙ Achieved a 38% turnover reduction in 2017 by defining and deploying the first Destination Hotels Leadership in Training development program which elevated internal customer survey scores and ultimately surpassed $300k in savings.∙ Woodmark Hotel: Achieved the highest net operating profit in the 27-year history of the property in 2015 and continued to exceed such record performance in 2016-2018.
