Synergy and balance across the organization created by providing sage advice, counsel and direction through a concerned senior leader perspective.(Air Combat Element) Marine Air Control Group 38, 3d Marine Air Wing, I Marine Expeditionary Force MCAS Miramar San Diego, CAMarch 2009 - March 2011 Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive, principle staff members, and subordinate senior leaders, while positively engaging with subordinate units to influence and shape character values, and to ensure the health, welfare, morale, and organization atmospherics. Efforts resulted in a more efficiently trained organization, with better lines of communication between 2,700+ military personnel and civilians spread over 4 major bases and stations, and forward deployed elements, providing support to combat and sustained rear elements operations.(Ground Combat Element) 2d Battalion, 2d Marines, 2d Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force Camp Lejeune, NCJune 2006 - March 2009Part of the senior leadership team that led and directed the actions of a 7,000+ member Task Force in direct support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and a 1,300+ member Battalion Landing Team in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Efforts produced a professionally trained and driven organization with demonstrated operational prowess; solidified the legitimacy of local government, bringing security to 350,000 Iraqi citizens.
