Mr. Keller is a proven leader and analyst. He has over 25 years experience supporting Headquarters, Department of the Army Force Management Directorate, in the requirements determination process, resource programming and integration of change into the Army’s force structure. Primary responsibilities include being the Lead Analyst in the Programs Branch for Combat Support / Combat Service Support (CSS) functions / organizational structure and coordinating the way ahead for the initial development of Rules of Allocation (ROA) and the initial development of Logistics Planning Data, Engineer Construction Tasks, and Casualty Estimate Rates for defining force requirements for Current Operations, Stability Operations, Irregular Warfare, Peace Operations, Limited Intervention and Peacetime Military Engagement. Additional duties include performing duties as Liaison Officer with Army G-4 and conducting OI training. Mr. Keller has over 37 years of analytical experience working for the United States Army and is proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 and Windows XP Professional; Internet; Structure and Manpower System; Requirements Documentation System; FMSWEB; Army Flow Model and The Structure and Manpower Allocation System.
