Mediation, arbitration, parenting coordination, and co-parenting counseling are excellent, expeditious alternatives to court relief.I continuously explain the legal and practical situation to my clients, offering alternative strategies. This overcomes the natural fear that litigation engenders. I firmly believe that lawyers have a duty of caring, for as representation continues, we become the friendly "face of the law."Areas of Concentration: 1.Personal Injury- Auto Accidents- I negotiate with opposition auto insurance carriers;Try unsettled Auto Cases; Assist clients to find medical and other experts for treatment and, possibly, litigation purposes; and I help my client to navigate the insurance maze involving their own carrier, who should pay their medical bills and wage losses to the extent of their personal coverage.2.Family Law- Support, Custody, and Divorce cases: refer divorce clients to appropriate experts in counseling, attempting to save the marriage and family thru therapy. I will also Mediate and Arbitrate all aspects of Family Law, thereby reducing expense and minimizing emotional scarring. 3. Tax and Estate Planning and Probate of Estates: Guiding Executors; Planning for disabled beneficiaries with focused trusts; and avoiding unnecessary administrative expense while taking advantage of credits and tax positions.4. Contract Law: Real Estate and Employment matters: Review contracts cloaely to either enforce or break certain provisions.
