I manage Data & Geospatial Products within the Delivery domain of Coupang's Eats Services (쿠팡이츠).

I lead a team of Product Designers and Managers within Lazada's regional Logistics Operations Team. My team and I are responsible for our regional Lazada Express (LEX)'s Last-Mile and Linehaul products across our different ventures in South-East Asia, as well as RedMart's internal logistics products in Singapore.

I head the Data Science & Ops Research team in APAC, which comprises Junior, Senior, and Advisor-level Data Scientists, and our mandate is to support FedEx's whole-of-APAC business functions, strategic projects and processes with a wide range of advanced analytics solutions.I also hold a concurrent appointment as the Analytics Product Manager for FedEx's APAC Clearance Solutions, as well as a working committee member of the company's global clearance intelligence team.

I take care of a team of Scientists in Sentient.io, and we work on various, diverse aspects of AI, ML, science, analytics and R&D. Our mission is to create deep, defensible IP and scientific know-how for the company.

Lvely is about challenging assumptions, innovation, quality and fun. Specialising in the application of connected devices, data analytics and artificial intelligence, Lvely is commercializing a series of enterprise services that benefits assistive living environments, nursing homes and residential aged care facilities.

I work together with Associate Prof. Hwee-Pink Tan, the lead instructor for the School of Information Systems' Internet-of-Things courses, to deliver elective content to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

I lead a variety of deep-tech projects, relating to various areas such as IoT, social computing, and analytics among others, that directly address the needs of the social sector, including those involving the elderly, youths-at-risks, and persons-with-disabilities.

I am the Co-Principal Investigator (together with Associate Prof. Hwee-Pink Tan from Singapore Management University, Lead PI, and Dr. Eugene Shum from Eastern Health Alliance, Co-PI) of the SHINESeniors Project. The project aims to improve community care services by applying innovations in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to care-delivery services.

My research deals with network management of wireless networks. My dissertation addresses management issues and challenges in cellular network systems. My particular focus is on performance management of the access portion of a cellular network.

I worked on issues in delay-tolerant networks, underwater wireless networks, as well as network coding.
