In 2007, Nourmand & Associates recruited Howard to oversee the grand opening and management of Nourmand's newest office in Hollywood. Howard's main roles include maximizing agent performance through coaching, limiting legal liability for the firm's agents during contract negotiations and spearheading agent recruiting and retention efforts in premier communities to deepen Nourmand's foothold on some of Los Angeles' premier real estate markets.

In October of 2007, Nourmand & Associates recruited Howard to oversee the opening and management of their newest branch in Hollywood. After assisting in the build-out of that location, Howard opened the branch in March of 2008. Howard's primary roles included maximizing agent performance through mentorship & coaching, limiting legal liability for the firm's agents during contract negotiations, and spearheading agent recruiting and retention efforts in premier communities to deepen Nourmand's foothold on some of Los Angeles' premier markets. Howard Founded the branch with 1 agent and ultimately built it into a highly productive branch of 68 agents. Howard founded a formal mentorship and coaching program in the Fall of 2011.

Los Feliz

Howard began his career as a sales associate for Coldwell Banker in Los Feliz and represented buyers and seller in all facets of the entertainment and business communities. In 2002, Howard was appointed as the Branch Training Director for Coldwell Banker's Los Feliz Branch and was responsible for interviewing new prospects and training new licensee's that came into the business to work at the Coldwell Banker Brokerage.
