Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, managing the relationship between the company and the market, interacting at all levels internally and externally with shareholders, analysts and other key stakeholders. Accountable to maintain and grow relationships with stakeholders including Board, CEO and senior business management, institutional investors, sell-side analysts, Computershare, other Investor Relations suppliers and proxy advisors and other Governance related commentators. Develop messaging for key market disclosures including the quarterly, interim and full-year financial results and other ad hoc ASX releases.Manage and lead a team of Investor Relations professionals, manage the investor relations budget, the registry relationship and contract with Computershare and other supplier relationships. Manage AMP’s relationship with its retail investors and registry, Computershare, including developing specifically tailored communications, ensuring register efficiency, coordinating the AGM and conducting the process by which dividend and interest payments are made.
