Career Objectives:To continue to work in the Laboratory Animal Sciences field. To obtain a position using my administrative and managerial skills. I am seeking a position where I can develop and excel while giving my best to my employer.I have worked within the Lab Animal industry for more than 44 years. I had worked for BMS for nearly 41 years, most of which I was either a Supervisor or Manager for the Veterinary Sciences Department. My duties included supervising husbandry staff and working closely with Facilities staff on work orders and facilities projects. My job was eliminated from Bristol-Myers Squibb at Wallingford, CT. in December of 2008 and then worked with Edstrom Industries for approximately 3 years. I enjoyed my work at BMS and would like to continue in the same field. I have developed a network of relationships, both with vendors and people within the industry, that I feel would benefit any organization. I feel that I am innovative and have received numerous productivity awards at BMS and feel I would be an asset to your organization. I recently was the recipient of the "2012 Technician of the Year" award winner sponsored by Purina Lab Diets and was presented at the National AALAS Meeting, November 2012 in Minneapolis, MN.
