Howard has extensive experience in representing individuals and businesses engaged in various civil and commercial disputes before the Pennsylvania and Federal trial and appellate courts. He has also represented clients at arbitration hearings, mediation sessions, zoning and municipal hearings and district justice hearings. Howard’s real estate experience includes representing both, buyers and sellers in residential and commercial closings, negotiating contract and lease provisions and drafting real estate and business related documents including commercial leases, purchase agreements, partnership agreements and standard commercial loan documents. He has also helped many of his clients with their estate planning needs.
