I provided our external customers with an advanced level of diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of complex system related issues using Dell policies and procedures to determine a course of action. I consistently maintained a 90% - 100% customer satisfaction rating and received numerous customer letters complimenting my service. As a technical account manager, I managed customer escalated issues that were within the scope of our department. I engaged escalated issues within 1 hour during my assigned shift and after they entered the queue I made contact with the customer within 24 hours. As a level 2 analyst/ supervisor, I evaluated and monitored support specialists and technicians, while defining technical support policy and procedure scenarios. I developed, fielded and maintained the first Unit Level Logistics Computer System, utilizing 286 MHz, Zenith desktop computers and the MS DOS 3.21 operating system, in the Third Armored Division in Frankfurt Germany. I maintained computer automated property accountability for millions of dollars of government equipment
