Performs first line technical support to AHLTA/CHCS customers with questions regarding account administration, distribution of software and documentation, applications, system, and network status. Answer technical or functional questions and perform troubleshooting regarding use an identification of personal computer hardware and software related to network communications, Provide support to users in helping them navigate/use software applications and troubleshoot/resolve problems. Acquires and maintains knowledge of existing MHS clinical systems and new systems in order tp provide accurate assistance. Attends training sessions as required (DOD, Service, MTF, and/or Corporate). Monitors overall system performance. Troubleshoots hardware and application software. Performs security checks on a routine basis.

Assist the Production Control Supervisor in establishing production schedules, Serves as liaison between technical inspectors and Army units to resolve maintenance functions, Develops performance Standards, Counsels employess on performance appraisals, Uses Army Regulations to ensure, production, planning and control of maintenace equipment, Utilize SAMS-IE(Standard Army Maintenance System-Installation Enhanced). Supervise 20 personnel.

Provide one on one intervention with client to develop interpersonal and community coping skills; including adaption to home, school and work envirnments. Communicate with clinical staff, clients and their families.

Utilize Army Regulations to ensure production, planning and control of maintenance equipment, Utilize SAMS-IE to establish plans, schedules and controls the maintenance and repair of military vehicles and equipment.Monitor maintenance information system files and reports to analyze causes of delays or stoppages. Reviews high priority work orders to identify causes of delays including repair parts and supply status. Coordinates with units concerning the delivery, status of repair operations and pick up of completed work orders. Monitors production for compliance with scheduling directives. Ensures military units are funded, budgeted and executes to maximize readiness.
