Maintaining and managing 29+ large databases, I've migrated them from 9i on 32-bit Windows to 11gR2 on 64-bit Linux. I've set up RMAN backup strategies for them (and ditched BackupExec in the process). I'm responsible for designing, writing and testing all PL/SQL code for our production apps. I invented a new photo search engine that has coped with a quadrupling of data volumes whilst maintaining sub-second response times (using Oracle Text). I review other's SQL and tune it where necessary. I've shell-scripted extensively, PHP'd where necessary, VB'd if I really had to.
