  GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIESThe Senior Territory Manager primary responsibility is to represent the Global Group, and its products to dealer principles, dealer representatives, end-users and other players in the industry.SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Conduct showroom presentations/ tours to end users and dealer representatives. 2. Coordinate company resources to close the sales as required. For example involving a product category manager or arranging a loaner chair.3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from successful Sales Activity and use this information to develop additional business4. Promote new and existing products to current and potential customers as well as dealer representatives and provide training/support where applicable. 5. Establish and maintain current relationships with contacts.6. Identify non-supportive dealer representative or customer and work to win them over. 7.
