My career has been equally divided between corporate and university work and research. Teaching and learning both at the university level as well as at the organizational level is an ongoing interest. The work has been performed at the international level in South America, Europe, Africa, Mexico, and China. My research and publishing interests are in the areas of online learning and knowledge management. I have created individual courses as well as whole curricula at the Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral, and Continuing Education levels and have delivered them both as a platform speaker as well as online. The DBA program at Walden is now also my home in addition to the Ph.D. program. To date I've worked solely with the Ph.D. program. The DBA is a very different program with the focus being on more practically oriented business and management solutions.
