I am a Governance, Risk and Compliance specialist (GRC) and current Chair of the ISO Technical Committee on Governance (ISO TC 309), with sub-committees on Governance, Whistleblowing, Compliance and Anti-Bribery. I am currently available for interim, consulting, contract or full-time opportunities. In particular I specialise in creating and embedding bespoke ethics, fraud and corruption risk management programmes into corporations, regulated businesses, not-for-profits and public sector bodies. I was Chair of the British Standards Institution (BSi) Anti-Bribery committee which in 2011 created the British Standard Anti-Bribery Management System (BS:10500).As Chair of this committee I fulfilled the role of Head of the UK Delegation to ISO, which in 2016 published the new International Standard in Bribery Risk Management (ISO:37001).I was also a member of the review committee which in 2013 created a new British Standard in Good Corporate Governance (BS:13500); and a member of a BSi committee which created new British Standards in Procurement Fraud Risk Management (BS:10501) and Whistleblowing (BS:1998).
