Senior Human Resources Supervisor
Current• Assist with the overseeing of the day-to-day human resources operations for six facilities (700+ employees).• Maintain time-keeping HRIS via Paycom; execute payroll for all six locations & entities and process online through third-party provider (Paycom) on a semi-monthly schedule.• Responsible for annual company filings - ACA, EEO1, and DFEH Pay Data Reports.• Conduct HR and payroll audits for annual insurance renewals - Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Auto, etc.• Process annual evaluations & status changes, compile audit reports for negative leave balances, overtime, and salaries below minimum for pay grade for management• Manage on-line job postings and screen resumes, conduct 1st round interviews, process background checks, and perform onboarding orientations as needed.• Coach department Managers and Supervisors on performance management, disciplinary action, and retention.• Administers various human resource policies and procedures; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook, supplemental, memos, and procedure manuals.• Process EDD unemployment claims & wage garnishments; represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.• Facilitate contract negotiations with insurance brokers, staffing agencies, and various venders.• Assist with the administering of compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.• Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.• Assist with benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefits information to employees.• Prepares separation of employment notices, related off-boarding documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
