My career to date has involved a wide variety of positions in number of areas within the automotive industry. I am currently working for one of the country’s leading HGV trailers leasing & maintenance company, I am working as part of a team with responsibility for the authorisation and control of expenditure of repairs to Royal Mail trailer’s, whilst keeping trailer VOR's to a minimum. I have addressed a wide range of customer focused positions within car dealerships including, the part’s department, Service Reception, Workshop control, , Warranty administration and Body shop estimation. I have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. I also have a sound vehicle technical knowledge with excellent computer skills. In my last employment I was a Data Analyst for an online software company for which I compiled manufacturers data in to a menu pricing systems for several major car manufacturers including BMW, Peugeot, Citroen Kia, Hyundai, Suzuki Cars & Suzuki Moto Bikes.
