Coordinate Production needs by coordinating with manufactures the artilces needed. Process RFQ's and PO's to support this requirement.

Performed all aspects of planning and scheduling. Received in customer purchase orders, accurately entered all data into the MRP (Oracle) system. Coordinated orders with Purchasing and Program Management. Scheduled work order releases to ensure customer requirements were met and Suntron OTD optimized. Worked directly with customers to resolve any issues, customer rescheduling requests, expediting, and other customer needs. Proactively worked with production and materials organizations to ensure the any issues were transparent to the customer. Ensured that products flowed through production and were ready to ship on the scheduled ship day. Worked with a cross functional team to revamp the entire order entry/planning scheduling process to streamline processes to fit into a lean manufacturing organization. Filled in for Program Managers on several occasions.

Was assigned to the NPI department with a new customer to start new product build of 200 assemblies, the demand was both forecast and sales orders. Tasked with scheduling all of the assemblies through the NPI stage and transition over to production when 1st Article approval was received. Worked closely with other members of NPI and Program Manager to ensure new products were introduced with as little difficulty to the factory as possible.

Reviewed customer docs with the customer engineers, including BOM's and Routings and input data into Oracle. Made updates to existing data to ensure accuracy of database. Responsible for data validation between customer documentation and oracle output. Corrected misalignments.

Received and verified incoming material for all customers. Did Oracle transactions daily. Performed national and international shipping transactions using UPS and FedEx software. Had an excellent quality record with few shipping errors.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mechanically operated machinery in the Wave process. Monitors and records data on designated variables in the wave-solder process. Sets up and operates various machines in the wave-room on a daily basis as specified by procedures and documentation. Informs supervisor of any discrepancies in documentation or materials. Observes and keeps accurate records as required on wave process activities, including charts and graphs, etc. Performs preventative maintenance on machines as scheduled. Communicates concerns and/or problems to technical support personnel. Fills in on the hand assembly line as needed.

Repair all systems of mobile homes, test and repair heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. Repair or replace drywall as needed. Square all interior and exterior doors. Check windows remove and replace. To repair damage or square as needed. Perform Finish carpentry work as needed to complete homes. Replaced counter tops, hung cabinets, and installed appliances. Performed customers warranty briefings and inspections, and repaired items found during inspections. Extra duties included: Backup for Service Rep., backup Safety Rep., and backup front office.

Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of multiple heating systems, including Boilers, Forced Air, etc.
