· Participated in listing project for semiconductor company, assisted in improving financial and business sections of prospectus, responsible for verification of equity penetration, and conducted case studies of market and similar companies.• Participated in refinancing project for listed company, responsible for analysis and verification of issuer's financial health, and analysis of comparable refinancing cases.

• Assisted in reporting stage of listing process for internet company: used sampling vouchers and cut-off tests to confirm that revenue recognition policies complied with accounting standards; checked company meeting minutes to confirm integrity of corporate governance system; investigated personal bank account flow of shareholders, directors, and senior staff to confirm effectiveness of internal control system; participated in production of due diligence reports, share transfer books, and was responsible for writing documents for finance and legal affairs.• Supported filing of responses to inquiries and feedback from Stock Exchange and as well as preparation of subsequent drafts.

• Participated in audit of Mengniu's acquisition of MILKGROUND: conducted internal control interviews with company management, documented company's internal control process, performed penetration testing of internal control process, and recorded findings in substantive report.• Participated in annual audit of Mengniu: 1. Processed all bank correspondence (120 letters) and current correspondence (over 150 letters), and performed substitution testing and discrepancy reconciliation work; 2. Prepared substantive drafts for various accounts, such as fixed assets, construction in progress, monetary funds, short-term loans, and expense-type accounts; 3. Drafted papers for consolidated accounts: mainly responsible for short-term asset accounts, such as entrusted loans, other financial assets, inventories, accounts receivable, other receivables, etc., and prepared audit reports.

• Responsibilities: Participated in bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings for HNA, and conducted creditor's rights review and audit.• Work content: Participated in creditor's rights review work, reviewing various types of creditor's rights, such as P2P, engineering construction, aviation projects, etc.; wrote draft report in collaboration with department responsible for special audit.
