While working at Vectrus, elected to two terms as Vice Chairman of the NSC Executive Committee (voluntary role), providing leadership to NSC member companies during an exceptional period of strategic growth. Led interactions with DoD CIO and Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, as well as engagements with Capitol Hill staffers, federal spectrum regulators at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the Office of Science and Technology Policy, and international partners (Singapore).

Personal advocacy with senior Naval leaders ensured wide acceptance of the CBA’s results.• Conceptualized Navy’s first Information Dominance roadmap for Electronic Warfare, establishing major milestones for integrating existing systems, development of new EW capabilities, and improving training.• Shaped development of Navy’s Information Dominance Concept, the strategic vision for future employment of information-related capabilities.
