In addition, we design meetings, retreats, conferences and special events for companies and associations looking to maximize their ROI and impress their attendees with careful attention to detail and creativity.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES•Full-service meeting and incentive planning for corporate companies and association/affinity groups.•Create proposals and itineraries for incentive programs.•Calculate and manage budgets.•Book and negotiate contracts with hotels and vendors.•Prepare detailed pre-travel information and guest communication including document packets, emails, websites and registration sites.•Define company brand through events.•Ensure staff and vendors are adequately prepared for event.•Manage payments and gratuities to vendors for their participation in the event.•Ensure all aspects of the program run smoothly on-site and work closely with clients to ensure all needs are met.•Manage reconciliation process and final billing information with vendors and clients.
