Participated in operational, compliance and security meetings with client and various stakeholders, with the government National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) signing off the infrastructure before going live.• Improved our RPO/RTO of our backups and replication from migrating from Symantec Backup Exec to Veeam and Zerto. A full Disaster Recovery testing was conducted annually to ensure the RPO/RTO targets are met as stated from the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).• Managed and led a project on reducing our infrastructure technical debt. Other roles and duties involved are the day-to-day 3rd line support, backups using Symantec Backup Exec 2012 with HP tapes, configuring and maintaining MS Exchange for 200+ users, planning and liaising with internal and external stakeholder for the migration to Office 365, Exchange + PowerShell scripting and helping out with some of the Linux servers.
