I supported the Company web site infrastructure including a white label e commerce solution used by over 600 resellers specialising in selling telecoms products. I also managed websites for Beaverbrooks the Jewellers, Siemens and BT.Service & Server Management – Responsible for managing the web hosting environment. This comprised of Windows 2003/2008 servers running IIS and MS SQL and LAMP servers running content management systems and helpdesk management software. I also carried out after sales training in how to use the website configuration tools. Resolved domain name registration issues.
