• Responsibility for the management for the majority of technical projects within the company, as well as being the company’s industry expert.
• Heavily involved with the initial development the company’s payment switch product, from business case development through to initial delivery.
• Responsible for setting up a company office in Germany. This included winning business, recruiting staff and general location/project management.
